How long does an extension take?
A typical single-storey rear extension takes around 10–14 weeks on site once work starts, depending on size, specification and weather. You will get a written schedule with your quote.
Can we stay in the house during the build?
Usually yes. Most of the work happens outside until we break through, and we plan that stage to keep disruption to a minimum.
