About us
A local building company that does what it says
Sky City Developers was set up to give homeowners and landlords in and around Orpington a builder they can rely on.
Who we are
We are an Orpington-based building, renovation and property maintenance company. We take on everything from small repairs to extensions, refurbishments and small developments – and we treat every job, large or small, with the same care.
We know that inviting builders into your home is a big decision. That is why we focus on the basics that matter most: clear written prices, turning up when we say we will, keeping you informed and leaving the site tidy.
Our promises
- Free site visit and no-obligation quote
- Itemised, fixed written prices – changes agreed in writing first
- One point of contact for the whole job
- Qualified, certified trades for electrical and gas work
- Building control sign-off where required
- A tidy, respectful site and a proper clean at the end
