What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, property postcode and the details you give us about your project. Our website may also use cookies – see the cookie banner for details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract)
- To prepare quotes, carry out work and invoice you (performance of a contract)
- To keep business and accounting records (legal obligation)
We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver your project – for example subcontractors, building control, our accountant – and our IT providers (website hosting and email), who process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for up to 7 years for tax purposes, and longer where needed for guarantees or warranty claims.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@skycitydevelopers.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
