The brief was to give a tired-looking bungalow a clean, modern finish. We applied a smooth render system in a soft grey with a contrasting black plinth line, and fitted black guttering and downpipes to sharpen the roofline against the white windows.
To finish the outside space we laid a grey porcelain patio around the house and garden building, giving a low-maintenance surface that matches the new render.
