Good renovations are built on solid structure. On this remodel we built new timber stud walls, replaced and strengthened floor joists, and fitted rigid and mineral-wool insulation for warmth and sound.
First-fix plumbing and electrical runs went in before boarding, so every pipe and cable is where it needs to be before the walls are closed up.
